All the receptionist spoke English very well.

Every single staff member was super nice and seemed to genuinely be happy to help with everything we needed. They made us feel comfortable and happy we chose this place for our holiday.

The breakfast is great, and can be delivered to the room at no extra charge. Rooms are nice, and shower pretty big and comfy. Staff is really nice and helpful. All together a great base to explore Cartagena.
